What's the catch?
No catch. Tell us what you need and we'll put together a written plan with the monthly price. If it's not right for you, that's the end of it. Asking never signs you up to anything.
How soon will I start getting results?
Your website and tools can be up and running quickly. Google rankings and reviews take longer to build, usually months rather than weeks. We'll give you an honest read on what to expect for your trade and area.
Will people actually find me on Google?
That's the goal. We write clear service pages with the right titles for your trade and area, make sure everything works on a phone, and get your Google Business Profile in shape. Rankings build over time, and we'll be straight with you about how it's going.
I get plenty of work from word of mouth already.
That's great, and we're not here to replace it. But think about this: when someone gets your name from a mate, the first thing they do is Google you. If you don't show up, or your site looks rough, they move on. A proper online presence makes your word of mouth actually land.

Am I locked into a contract?
There are no annual plans. You pay monthly, and your written plan spells out how cancelling works before you agree to anything.

Basecamp HQ builds websites and sets up the tools behind them for local businesses in Melbourne's south-east, starting with trades. Base Camp HQ is a registered business name of Alderic Partners Pty Ltd.
What happens if I cancel?
Your reviews live on your Google Business Profile, so they stay with your business. What happens to your website and domain is written into your plan up front, so there are no surprises.
